Stayed in the the annex, which I heard just opened last month. It was just across the street. The tea offered added an authentic experience. It was 12 minutes walking distance to the train station, although they still offered shuttle services.

Situated within a private forest and boasting outdoor hot springs and award-winning cuisine, Sierra Resort Hakuba is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. The hotel was very comfortable, included many nice amenities, the staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice installations.

Everything was organized when it came to the dinner and breakfast in the hotel as well as the onsen's schedule. Very friendly staff and eager to help and understand what you needed.
