It was an absolute service from the start to finish. Especially Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, calm and quiet atmosphere, walkable distance from town center.

Th boss Mr Pranath and the two staffs Mr Anthony and Mdm Grace were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Like their hospitality. Mr Anthony called to check on us if we had reached Ella safely. We were touched by their care and concern. It's a colonial building, 100 over years but the stay was comfortable.

Heritance Tea Factory Offers you the ultimate colonial- style stay experience enhanced by the tea plantation and the misty mountains. I absolutely loved the Heritance Tea Factory. I would go as far as to say that it is one of the best places I have ever stayed, it was a real treat. This hotel is special in so many ways - the building being a converted tea factory; the unique check in - no stress, and so welcoming , including of course a cup of tea; the proposed activities, the quality of the food, the location……….. but most of all the welcoming staff. Everybody had a smile on their face. We did the tea plucking and Jayanthi and Krishnaveni made it a very memorable and unique experience. The cherry on the cake for me was the complimentary birthday cake and staff singing happy birthday to me as I left. It was part of an unforgettable birthday for me. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Nuwara Eliya golfiklubi ja Royal Colombo golfiklubi on 2,7 km kaugusel.... This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff remembered my husband and I from last time and we really enjoyed our stay. Dinner and breakfast were great and the staff are so friendly. The views from the lake are great

Gorgeous colonial house, exceptional service and delicious food. We'll connected to the town. The estate manager Bernard and his team went above and beyond always to make our stay absolutely comfortable. I didn't want to leave. If you get a chance, stay here. The experience will stay with you for a lifetime.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery. The hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs - be it booking car transfers or showing the best hike routes in the area. This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back.

The Hill Club is a beautiful property surrounded by Nuwara Eliya’s lush greenery. The accommodation houses 39 well-appointed guestrooms with a DVD player and free Wi-Fi access. Incredible experience in Nuwara Eliya! Good location and just nearby the famous Grand Hotel and Victoria Park and has a path to visit. Hill Club is a historical building and worth you spend one-hour to walk around and insight. Room is comfortable, breakfast is good, price-performance ratio is better than Grand Hotel as you can spend high tea and visit the garden there from Hill Club. Staff is kind and helpful. Highly Recommended!

MANUDI Glenfallsedge Rest asub vaid 400 meetri kaugusel maalilistest Nuwara Eliya golfiklubidest ja Royal Colombo golfiklubidest. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. I liked the room so much and the breakfast was also awesome.

Unique Cottages asub Nuwara Eliyas, 2,3 km kaugusel Gregory järvest. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Kohapeal on concierge ja laste mänguväljak. Location and quietness were the 2 best parts about this stay. The room felt so cosy and warm, comfortable beds, and a great little TV in front to pop on just before bed.
