We had a fabulous stay at La Piazzetta, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has a lot of charm! It's really well situated so we could do most of the city by foot. Leo, María and Augustin are fantastic hosts and we felt very welcome. Leo is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best tips for Merida and around, and even for the rest of our trip, we discovered many hidden cenotes thanks to him :) A thousand times recommend!

What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!!
