Leo was an incredible host and his team were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless with good air conditioning and fans, and the lobby was a haven. We had a great stay and I recommend La Piazzetta very highly.

Free WiFi access is available throughout. Absolutely wonderful botique hotel; Facilities (rooms, pool, etc.) are spacious, modern, beautifully decorated and in great shape. The hosts and their staff are fantastic and super helpful; they gave us great recommendations both for Merida as well as the other places we planned on visiting, and were very accomodating when my wife wasn't feeling well (late check out; other food etc.). Delicious and fresh breakfast is another plus. Absolutely recommend!

Casa del Maya has concierge services, luggage storage and gardens to offer its guests. My husband stayed for a week in February and was ill at the beginning of his stay. George & Sarah, the owners, and Aaron, the manager, were very kind and helpful in picking up things he needed for his recovery, and also booking some onward travel for him. We really appreciate their kindness and consideration and highly recommend staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Surrounded by attractive gardens, it offers an à la carte restaurant and free parking. Very attentive staff, nice pool with affordable drinks. Location simply beautiful, especially the restaurant area. It feels a little bit like being in a movie.
