Breakfast was not included in this booking but the is a local stall just 15 meter away that you can have your meals. We like the family seating area where we can watch TV and chat with each other. The property was just by the Malacca river. We will be planning another family trip to this property again for a longer stay.

Just bear in mind that you might need to walk 10–15 minutes from Jonker Street back to the hotel due to road closures for the night market, which prevents Grab drivers from accessing the hotel directly. Still, this will definitely be my choice again for my next visit to Melaka! Also, the hotel staff are friendly and respond promptly to email enquiries. Thanks!

Overlooking the historical Melaka River, Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka welcomes guests with Olympic-size infinity pools, a tennis court and free WiFi access. It was a great location to most attractions [10 mins walk] and local restaurants on the riverside. The rooms were a good size and clean. Had comfortable sleep for the 4 nights. The staff were helpful and courteous. Make sure to visit the local pub on the bottom level of the Shore mall next to Starbucks. They serve very good north and south indian dishes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel sent us multiple messages that included tips on what to see in the city, made us feel very comfortable, and showed an open communication to the us as guests. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also extremely nice and helpful at all times. Despite being a two star hotel it provides a really good customer service and great facilities that are way more than what you expect.
