The hotel was carefully restored and updated from an old Chinese-medicine wholesale house. I had a very interesting big square-room on 3th floor with 2 big windows & shutters facing out to the street & the city, 4 windows & shutters facing an inside massive air-well where you could use pulleys to transport goods up and down in older days without lift. A mid/small size hotel each of its room is different in size & styles. The hotel is extremely clean, sheets were crisp white, toilet tissue were so soft, in room facilities was great. Close to the information centre, the ClockTower, street arts...

Laid back, clean, and full of very sweet and sociable cats! I love the way the space is decorated and the room itself had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Other guests were quiet and generally kept to themselves but also were very kind in the brief interactions I had. If you love cats I highly recommend :)

Rooms are large, with aircon and fans. En suite is large . Room cleaned every day, with little treats every night. Nice area to chill and read, with tea/coffee facilities. Superb location in the heart of George Town, with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby.

Located in the capital city of Penang, Seven Terraces is only within a 5-minute walk to the significant Goddess of Mercy Temple and the popular Penang Peranakan Mansion. Everything was perfect. Incredible hotel! From the position, decor, staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Joyce at the reception for her help organising my visit of the town.

Situado na cidade de Georgetown, Património Mundial da UNESCO, o Coffee Atelier é uma colecção de 5 armazéns comerciais lindamente restaurados que remontam a 1927. When I arrived in front of the hotel, I could not believe how beautiful it is ! When I saw the room, it was amazing ! I spent 4 nights there and would have stayed more with pleasure. My room on the ground floor was spacious , beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was always very clean too. Ruby and Judy take good care of the hotel, and took good care of me too, helped me in everything I needed and I loved them ! They are very nice , and also very good people.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, service, F&B. The reception lady Ms.YAN was very friendly, the bartender Michael demonstrated great passion about cocktails and attention to customers, who made our experience memorable and joyful. The birthday decoration in our room was stunning, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this stylish hotel to anyone.
