This was really a flawless hotel. I was looking for a heritage hotel and this fit the bill. Stand outs were the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, all of them! The location, the breakfast which offered perfect variety without being an overwhelming buffet, the rooms, the coffee machine and cleanliness were all excellent.

Our room had an unexpected mix of a private jacuzzi and antique electric switches, adding to the quirky appeal. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff warm and welcoming. Not for fans of polish and perfection, but ideal if you value atmosphere and personality.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. Such a beautiful hotel with great clean and comfortable rooms, we got the sea view facing rooms and it was an absolutely stunning view. I really enjoyed my stay here, very great location to check out the sights and sounds of georgetown!
