Perfect location, steps away from everything including the water. Lots of room, with everything we needed. We stayed in #2 and would do so again.

The Ash Grove is located in the Bay of Islands, just a 3-minute drive from the Paihia Waitangi waterfront. It offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful garden setting with a large swimming pool. Grange & Bronwyn are excellent hosts, the pool the yard was top notch.

Very clean and tidy, great spot if you want to just get away from city life. Stones throw from beach. Other family were around the corner in walking distance beach front property was great for the kids and safe. I went walking with my brother into Russell, the hill back took the wind out of us but was great got our steps up! The owners were easy to deal with very nice people.

The accommodation is of a high-standard and level. They provided a great breakfast and additional food on our request. The cottage where we stayed was very suitable for our dog. The hosts are helpful and forthcoming, always giving a right advice.

The 19th-century Duke Hotel is located on the waterfront, overlooking the stunning Bay of Islands. It features a guest lounge, restaurant and bar and garden bar, as well as a gymnasium. Wonderful stay, room was beautiful, shower pressure was the strongest I have ever felt! Dinner and drinks were excellent. Perfect location to explore Russell. Easy arrival and parking.
