Centrally located in a quiet street, BK’s Rotorua Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation with free unlimited WiFi and free parking. Most rooms feature a 2-person spa bath. The Room is exactly as described and clean. Bed is reasonable and a bit soft to me. Location is excellent as it is just next to the shopping mail, 5 mins from supermarkets (ParknSave and Woolsworth) and 10 mins from "Eat Street". The on-site manage, Jyoti, is very helpful and responsive. Frankly speaking, her service is comparable to a 5-star hotel.

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens. I would like to share my wonderful experience at this hotel, and I'd like to extend special thanks to one staff member, Star. Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Star consistently greeted us with a smile and a warm attitude. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. Once again, a big thank you to Star and the entire hotel team. We look forward to staying here again and creating more wonderful memories.

Regent of Rotorua, a sanctuary of luxury nestled in the heart of New Zealand's cultural gem, Rotorua. The room was so spacious and very comfortable. Location was amazing. Closer to all the restaurants. Bonus was Eat Street right next door and that was on my list to visit!
