The room was.comfortable and having a kitchenette was a plus. The little hot tub in the back was excellent. Water is as hot as you want it to be and easily cooled down too.

We liked everything! The hot tab was great! The staff was very friendly and location is great! The room was big enough and warm even during winter time. It's a pity that we stayed only for one night. Centrally located in a quiet street, BK’s Rotorua Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation with free unlimited WiFi and free parking. Most rooms feature a 2-person spa bath. When my flight was canceled and I was having trouble connecting to my return flight the next day. The receptionist Jody helped me make a reservation for an intercity night bus and a taxi to the bus stop. She was so helpful and professional. There were two large sofas in the room and it was very relaxing. The sink is well polished and perfect clean.
