We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

The property is so beautiful and the staff was really friendly. We got the Mandala Signature Massage which was amazing and then the Asian Floral bath in our villa which was so blissful. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were also really good.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the security guards are incomparably kind. I've only been here a few times and rarely, but they always remember me, are always kind and willing to help, so I can't recommend them highly enough
