It was nice to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Tampa. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, yet on a quiet street. The room and bathroom are spacious. They provide a kettle and tea in the room. The included breakfast is basic but decent. On New Year's Eve, the hotel gifted a small bottle of sparkling wine.

Just 1 km from Henri Coandă International Airport Otopeni and right next to the Waterpark Bucharest, Hotel Otopeni offers a restaurant, free airport transfers, free guarded parking and free WiFi in... Nice big room. The beds were comfortable. I liked all of the wood details. Not a far walk from the castle. The desk clerk told us about a festival that was going on in town and gave recommendations from restaurants.
