Le Méridien Towers Makkah is elegantly designed and well equipped with kitchenettes. Excellent stay at le meridien, from check in process to bus shuttle. Staff was respectful and active. Room services provided whenever asked. Gulf restaurant breakfast buffet was best and staff was topnotch the entire team including Ali Alharbi, Saud, Hussain, Rayed and Nawaf.

Set in the Al Aziziya district in Makkah, 300 metres from Um AlQura University, Afraa Hotel features free WiFi access. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The staffs and front desk team were truly amazing. We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

Remarkable Experience! The hotel was located near Haram, just 10 minutes walk and offered a 24/7 shuttle service. Room was spacious, very well lit. Furniture was comfortable including bed and pillows. House keeping staff was exceptionally generous. During our 6 night stay, they cleaned our room daily and promptly provided all requested items. Mr Sajid and Mr Khuwaja Hamees were very nice and supportive. Everything was amazing, will be back again.

Just a 3-minute drive from Al Masjid Al Haram, Elaf Bakkah Hotel is located in Aziziah Mahbas Al Jin. It offers a restaurant with a 24-hour room service. V roce 2024 byl hotel strašný, v roce 2025 už je vidět pozitivní posun na lepší stranu. 1. Na recepci stíhají obsloužit ve slušném čase 2. V pokoji byly koberce čisté a vše starší, ale funkční. Mimochodem je vidět, že postupně obnovují nábytek v pokojích, což je výborné. 3. V koupelně je už sprcha zaskleněná a tím pádem není po sprochování mokrá celá koupelna. 4. Obsluha chodí na úkladi pokoje pravidelně, ikdyž mají nedostatek ručníků a vydají 3 ks na 2 osoby. 5. V lobby je už nový nábytek. 6. V restauraci během iftáru vše chutnalo a bylo všechno čerstvé a v dostatečném množství. Některé stoly byly několik dní nefunkční, ale po upozornění to personál hned napravil. 7. Je dost výtahů a nikdy nečekáte
