Situated among 18th and 19th century villas in a park setting, this charming hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from Kalmar Castle. Free WiFi is available. Very cute hotel, great jacuzzi, super nice staff Food and drinks were great as well!

Housed in an old harbour warehouse, the Home Hotel Packhuset boasts spectacular views of the Kalmar Sound and the Öland Bridge. Some rooms feature exposed wooden beams, timber walls and free WiFi. Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte in due camere separate disposte in due ali differenti della struttura; la camera matrimoniale è grande e spaziosa, ma un po’ datata e con macchie sulla moquette mentre la camera uso singolo è nuovissima e ben arredata anche se si trova in uno spazio separato in fase di ristrutturazione con bidoni della vernice e materiale edilizio appoggiato nei corridoi. Posizione comoda per visitare il centro con parcheggio davanti all’ hotel. Cena e colazione comprese nel prezzo favolose, con cibo di ottima qualità! Staff disponibile e gentilissimo!

Hotell Hamnen is in Färjestaden and features scenic views over the Kalmarsund Strait from all rooms. Rooms here will provide you with a flat-screen TV, balcony and sea views. Very nice and clean room seemed newly built. The garden was huge and nice for the children to play and / or take a stroll. Breakfast was very homey with fresh baked goods. The staff was above and beyond in their service and to keep us welcomed.
