The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Not to mention the bed and the pillows - amazing! We slept divinley. Offcourse the location is also perfect. Thank you for such a good care of your guests dear Broadway Plaza Hotel!

Beautiful view of lake. Plantings and grounds were impeccably groomed. Food in main restaurant was excellent and elegantly served. We were slightly off season, but the town was quaint with delightlful people. We will definitely return in the springtime.

The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.
