For us, this was perfect, especially since it was our first time in Hanoi. Another plus is the friendly staff and a special mention goes to Dominic, who truly made our stay memorable. He took his time and shared wonderful stories about Vietnam, guided us through our entire stay and gave us great local recommendations. I felt that he really cared about making our trip special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

The room was cozy and it had just enough light for an interior window. The AC could be better but it did the job well. The staff is very friendly, always ensuring we liked the hotel and the city. It’s located in the center of old quarter with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, a good pickup for day trips and very lively in the evening. They offer very cheap laundry service and the mini bar prices are crazy low for a hotel. There is also a water refill station.
