Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal lago e nel cuore del quartiere vecchio, ma in una via dove non si sentivano rumori. La stanza era pulitissima, la toilette e la doccia erano immacolati. Lo staff è stato molto gentile per ogni richiesta, abbiamo potuto anche lasciare alcune valige per un paio di giorni mentre eravamo impegnati in diverse escursioni. La colazione era completa di tutto quello che serve a placare la fame. È stata davvero una esperienza da consigliare. L’hotel mette a disposizione anche un ufficio escursioni con personale molto preparato.

Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Great accommodation in old center Hanoi, very close to cafes, places to eat and other attractions. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious, clean,the breakfast was a mix of continental and Vietnamese cuisine.
