Rooms are always clean and nice. We have been in this hotel already a fourth time and each time we spend wonderful holidays over there. Beds are very comfortable. Food is superb. Hotel has very good Chef, variaty of food is stunning. Everything is fresh, tasty and nice. Hotel organize a lot of entertainment for kids. They have face paintings, lots of different games, cooking with Chef, movies, discos and etc. I would definitely recomend this hotel and I am sure we will come there again.”

AC worked well, and windows opened to the sea for fresh breeze in cool of the day. Light blocking shades on windows to prevent street lights in at night. Despite above restaurant, the noise level was acceptable, and only loud music I noted late at night was on the weekend, Friday/Saturday, stopped around midnight. Over all great value for the money, very good budget hotel and I’ve stayed at plenty.”

Owner of the place greeted me on Larnaca bus stop and took me to apartment, showed all about building, apartment, told in a couple of word essential things about city options – city center location, bars, fish restaurants etc. At my leaving day, he provided me with my boarding passes for my flights and took me to airport. In apartment was useful information prepared about buses, taxi options, essential phone numbers etc. In room there was tea, coffee, drinking water, some snakcs like cookies, crackers and sweets. My room had a sea view balcony, where it was allowed to smoke. I really enjoyed my stay in this place! It was awesome!”

“We've been to Larnaka from the 22nd to 24th of October this year. We loved the apartments. Location is very convenient, the beach is in less than 50 meters from the apartments. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around. The flat is very light and cozy. When we came it was clean. In the apartments was everything we need: dishes, cutlery, washing machine, stove, conditioner. We also were pleased with the fact, that there were many towels. We had a sea view from the balcony of the flat. Wi-Fi didn't fail not once. Unfortunately, there we couldn't find any Russian channel, but there was USB output on TV. I recommend this apartments, we spent lovely 3 days there!”

“The apartment is in an ideal location, we could reach the sea and elegant cafeterias and restaurants in just a short walk. It was very clean with a strong wifi and fully equiped with all necessities including hair dryer. There is a nice balkony where we had our breakfast and sometimes dinner and relaxed after a long day at the beach. The hosts met us and gave us tips about the area and places of interest around. They also gave us maps which were very helpful. I highly reccomend.”

“It's not my first stay in Cyprus but I should admit that the quality for money is really great here. All the furniture, bed linen, kitchen utilities are new and of good quality. You will have hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, extra heater, microwave oven as well as washing machine.The flat is warm, wi-fi is quick, the staff is helpful any time with any request. Free airport transfer is provided for every guest and moreover I was served with a complimentary Christmas dinner. There is a 24 hours minimarket in the building which is very convenient. The sea as well as the center is in a walking distance and easy acceptable. The place is very quiet, no noise at night at all. Thank you very much, I had a wonderful stay.”
