Its amazing place. We had the room with a fantastic view on the ocean. Maximum score to the hotel staff. Everyone is very polite and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed staying in this place. Delicious food, once we waited quite a long time for the main course for dinner, but it didn’t spoil our stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return myself the next time I visit Kenya.

Great service, clean rooms, relaxing location, well managed, good food, and most of all, the beach. Simply perfect. One didn't get hassled by beach merchants. Nice, little, blissful hotel and location. Definitely recommend!!!

The Nomad is a really lovely place. The food was very good, the staff at reception very friendly and professional. The whole set up with the swimming pool surrounded by greenery is lovely. Also nice to watch the different monkeys climbing in the trees. The beach is truly stunning, and while before booking I had feared the beach would be too busy, this was not the case. Of course when you go for a walk you are approached by beach sellers, but they accept a no. We had a standalone bungalow, with our own reclining chairs and lots of space around, very pleasant (that probably explains the high price, but for us that privacy and peacefulness was what we had been looking for), beach sellers walk past, but they leave you in peace when you say no. We also appreciated their environmental efforts.

Babylon gardens is one reason to tell to people that are reviewing accommodation to be aware of the best, the good and the bad. Markus has everything calculated here. There is nothing which makes this place take less than 10. Perfectly organised, clean, perfect food, fabulous environment and most of all that Markus is there to solve anything you need. My stay at Sonrisa was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This place is a complete gem. Bed was super comfortable, the blinds made sure your room was as dark as you want, air con was great, shower was perfect, breakfast was a solid 7.5/10. The food, decor and ambience in both restaurants/bars is spot on, and the view of the beach at the lower restaurant/pool is idyllic. Such good value for money.

Absolutely amazing!!! I cannot wait to return. The beds are uber comfortable. The pillows are perfect. The linen is white and is good quality. The food is superb, had fun trying out different dishes. The rooms are clean. The staff is pleasant and kind and helpful. The vibe is perfect, right by the beach, overlooking the beach while eating or working. Just perfect!
