This 4-star hotel stands in the centre of Astana, a 10-minute walk from the Avenue of the Republic. It offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies, free Wi-Fi and free parking.
“Hotel is in a good location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and buses. The staff were friendly, the place is spotless, so clean. The room was a good size with lots of storage and the bathroom was big. Nice touch with shower gel, shampoo, slippers and bath robe. We stayed in room 1510 was was nice and quiet except some idiots staying in room 1509 next door who made such a noise from 2am to 5am in the morning. We would have moved rooms but thought it was a one off until it happened again the following night, but it was too late to do anything about it as we were checking out the following morning. Breakfast was very good in a big dining area, with nice soothing music. The porridge and semolina was hot, creamy and delicious, one of the best we have ever had, lots of choices of bread, can make your own toast, jams, cheeses, honey, nuts, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, salad, eggs, omelettes and lots of choices of cake and sweet treats, as well as coffee, teas, and juices. Only had dinner on 2 occasions as wanted to go out to try the local cuisine. Dinner was also good, with about 4-5 choices of dinner as well as rice, potatoes, vegetables, bread and desserts. Cannot fault this hotel whatsoever for the price. We liked the location. Some people are saying its better to stay where all the monuments and attractions are situated, but firstly you will pay over double the price for the hotel and secondly not a lot of choices of restaurants. Its so easy to get around with the bus to all the attractions or just stick your hand out and someone will stop for a cheap price and take you wherever you want. This is a big hotel but they have got everything right. We have no complaints, done our research and glad we stayed here, where else can you pay for a half a day stay, as we checked in 8 hours before we were supposed to and charged for half a day. They also offer airport transfer at a very good price. The T.V.”

I have never tried such a delicious cheese cakes (сырники) like in the Torgay hotel. The agreement with the closely located restaurant The Garden allowed to make orders for lunches/dinners delivered to the room. The price was adequate to the services and the quality. The location is central, at the Satpaev ave. eaily accessible to other locations I needed during my stay in Astana. I highly recommend Torgay hotel, especially for business travellers.”

“I found out about this hostel from a lady in Almaty. WOW - truly a great find. To be honest, I doubt that one can find a hostel with this kind of view - we are talking about 18th floor in the center of Astana! It is almost like a personal penthouse - cityscape is beautiful, especially at night. Hostel itself is clean and tidy, and owners are really nice and helpful ( thank you again Ermek! ). There is a huge living room, huge bathroom with washing machine and separated toilet. Kitchen is also big and nice. You have a store located in the first floor, so you can get anything you need by just going down with the elevator. 10/10”

“I Stayed in de-luxe room(404) and actually was quite surprised. The room was big, bright with comfy bed, bath robes, slippers and white new towels. Staff were friendly and even tho majority didn't speak english they were quite helpful and courteous. I made a request for a very early breakfast and got in on time in my room. “It was very nice hotel with nice staff and facilities. Breakfast choice was really good. They also offer transfers to/from airport around 17 EUR. WIFI was very good. “From the first moment and it will be easy to notice the great location of the Apartment, when central left bank is simply few minutes away, 10 mins to Bayterek and Keruen mall. Many shops and restaurants are very close by. Still that's not what was fascinating, its the apartment itself. Very spacious and full of facilities. Its a place you would actually very much enjoy living there with a master bedroom, a master bathroom with a tub and a shower and a dressing room; all this is is only half of the apartment, the rest was even more fascinating with a living room overlooking the main street in Astana, an open kitchen full of fully functioning equipment. The floors are all hardwood btw. I was going to take pictures but decided to make a video and send it to my friends to see that beautiful place. Still what made made it perfect was the owner alima, I would gladly call her my best-friend in Astana after all the support she gave me at all levels from helping me get around the city with the help of her lovely husband, to actually being always available to respond to my calls and messages at any given time. Left Bank Apartment is simply home for me in Astana and I guess its easy to say that the experience was the best I have ever had from staying at a place and it would easily be better than any hotel I have stayed in. Left bank Apartment made it to hard to stay elsewhere. I can't thank you enough”
