“The General Manager, Evgeniy (sp?), provided excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make us feel like valued guests. Some of the ladies at reception were unfriendly but the General Manager made up for it with is effusive friendliness and hospitality. Another very positive attribute is proximity to the airport (10 minutes drive) and provision of free shuttle service. For English speaking visitors, it is very comforting to know transport can be arranged with the hotel and there is no chance for miscommunication with a taxi driver. Also, Hotel Fessla has a restaurant and craft brewery in the hotel! The beer is very good and the food is excellent. We visited in January when it was cold, snowy and muddy out. Having the convenience of craft brew and great food just downstairs, with no need to exit the hotel, we were able to relax, eat and enjoy our stay. Again, being English speaking, not having to worry about taxis and miscommunication was a relief! We selected Hotel Fessla by chance based on Booking.com reviews. It was an excellent decision and I highly recommend Hotel Fessla.”
