Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the staff, the food, the coffee and the overall security around the property made me feel beyond safe and comfortable. I have never had such a welcoming reception, as a single female traveling it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going to new places but the team made sure I was well looked after at every opportunity. The team are extremely professional but still add a personal touch to every interaction, I’ve never encountered such a well put together hotel staff team from the reception to the F&B, cleaning team and security everyone did their job to the highest standard. I didn’t even have to go out for dinner as the room service F&B options were so good and available 24/7. Coffee and breakfast selection was also great and service was excellent every morning. If you are thinking about staying at any “chain” hotels don’t even bother, they don’t come close to this place. A massive shoutout to the whole Ambiance Karachi team for making my trip so great. I will be a returning guest for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay at The White Suites! His attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to several outstanding team members who went above and beyond to make my stay extraordinary. Khalid from the Front Desk was welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. His efficiency and warmth set the tone for the rest of my visit. The Executive Lounge staff, particularly Sadruddin and Azbia, deserve special recognition. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism made my visits to the lounge a highlight of my stay.     Karachi ..... after all ups n down.. this city never disappoint you ... Alhumdulillah safely completed my trip, otherwise a lot of news & ppl comments about snatching... but thanks to Almighty we're safe and even late night roaming for food with heavy cash in wallet ...

    Karachi is a very large city and very poor by most country standards. The people were very friendly that we interacted with. But we understand this is also a very dangerous city to venture out to without proper security protecting visitors.

    DON'T VISIT!!

    DON'T VISIT!! Very, very little postives or tourist attractions. CONS: VERY NOISY. > Drivers BEEP thier HORNS a lot!!! >This makes a terribly noisy, stressful and negative atmosphere!!! Walking outside is a very, very bad experience. There is no continuous foot-path, so you are often on the street with cars, Stressful!! Unsafe. Unpleasant!!! --- People just STARE at you!! This is very unwanted and uncomfortable for outsiders! --- AIR POLLUTION

    I came all the way from Azad Kashmir with a confirmed...

    I came all the way from Azad Kashmir with a confirmed booking, but when I reached here, they told me we didn't have a room. I was with my family, and we did not sleep last night. We needed to catch a flight to London the next day. The weather was very hot, and we were stuck. Then we booked a new hotel, which was expensive the fourth time. The staff didn't have the manners to talk, and they didn't know how to talk. So I don't recommend you guys come here.

    I booked the hotel for 5 nights and I opted for a airport...

    I booked the hotel for 5 nights and I opted for a airport drop off on my last day … I called and booked the ride a night before but next morning the car was not ready on time and when I called they asked me that u will have to travel with another family and I said that I would like to have a separate car ( keep in mind they charge u for a drop off which is double of what you pay if u book on uber or indrive) they asked me to wait another 45 mins and I did but later despite mentioning it again and again and they assured me that you will have a separate car on the call that I need a separate car they made two other men sit in my car … upon raising this concern they wasted my time saying that this is only what is possible and in their policy … and I asked that I wanted to discuss with the manager … keep in mind they already made me wait for 45 mins … the manager came and without listening to my concern he just denied everything and on top his behaviour and body language was so unprofessional and pathetic … if you do not know how to listen to your customers concern you are not eligible for being on a managerial level ! Make sure to have staff who knows how to communicate and manage well In all of this my arrival got so delayed and I had to face another panic situation at the airport And on top the towels are so old and smelly

    staff is very cooperative and attentive like a 7-star hotel, wall manner, and is very soft-spoken, Location is excellent, a fine locality of Karachi with essay access to every type of required place like shopping center, Karachi sea view, Sadar, and Share Fasal the backbone of Karachi. The hotel per night price is very nominal, I stay 4 nights with my spouse, feel safe, and like the home environment. The Organizer of the Hotel seems to look very professional and experienced.
