  “Everything started from entering specially the Customer service remained amazing throughout the stay. All requests fulfilled like mattress, drop off and pick up from mall road to avoid driving and get stuck in traffic. My car got heat up nearby hotel and they helped me and family to reach hotel and also to fix the issue. Kitchen has been amazing. We preferred eating lunch there as it looks better option than outside restaurants on mall road. We tried Pizza and Chicken handi, Naan, Alu paratha. All tasted great. And next morning the breakfast has been amazing as well. Good variety and taste for all ages. I congratulate all hotel team for setting up such a good option for tourists.”

  “The Arcadian BluePine Resort in Ghoragali, Murree was by far one of the best choices in hotels we have made. The staff were very courteous and hospitable and the room was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view! Our meals were made to order and chai-pakorras complimented the amazing weather we had this entire week! The resort itself is aesthetically built with plenty of privacy for all guests. Highly recommend this place for families and office getaway trips (the Resturant has a 25 seat conference hall as well!)”

  “The staff was very accommodating. When we arrived, the reception man offered us some chai. He showed us two rooms to choose from. The rooms had an incredible view of the mountains. The food in the cafe was very good. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was warm considering how cold it was outside. I felt very comfortable. They had CNN international channel. Room service was fast. The shower pressure was great and we had unlimited hot water for a shower. I couldn't have been more pleased. We also had parking under cover. Very important with all the snow. Thanks for the pleasant stay. -Elaina, USA”

My wife and I were on a short holiday, Qamar Sb and his team did everything to make sure it was perfect. The room was ready early for checkin.All the amenities in the room are complimentary which was a pleasant surprise.The dining area was beautiful with scenic and breathtaking views of Kashmir valley. We also arranged a special private dinner which was impeccable and delicious. We are both huge foodies so sent a number of requests, they were catered for . This is a hotel for an extremely chilled, romantic get away... don’t expect more than that and you’ll love it just the same.”

  “Mr. Tariq the host is a very professional, nice and honest person. He didn’t make us feel like it was a self service apartment, despite the fact keys handover and payment was made in Islamabad on our way to Murree. The Apartment had great cooking and dining facilities. Gas heaters and hot water was plentiful. Tidy and clean rooms. Its location is in a quite area of Murree. 7-10 min walk to the busy street The Mall was true to the letter. There is a small park behind the building on premises to enjoy. Clean linen and blankets were neatly stored in the cupboard. I will definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for family with children who want peace and comfort.”
