Home Away from Home – Exceptional Hospitality! I had the most wonderful stay at Pousada El Bambu! Omar and Adriana, the hosts, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality was nothing short of fantastic— they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home, cozy and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The breakfast was an absolute highlight—delicious and freshly prepared, the perfect way to start each day! I can’t recommend this pousada enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay. A true gem!

The apartment is in a still and safe neighborhood, not near the city centre, It more near the airport. The apartment it self is on the first floor of a complex and safe. There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.

Nicely located in the nature. Room was good! We could check in in the middle of the night which was amazing! A bus to Montevideo can be caught within 20 mins walking. Only cash payment.

The view of the apartment is very beautiful. Although it's close to the airport, it's super quiet and peaceful. Very good mattress, linens, towels and shower. The cleaning lady was extremely helpful and kind. Host available and prompt to respond messages.

I am a foot so the location is not ideal. Taxi or walk everywhere. But I felt very welcome. The hosts were friendly and kind. They went out of their way to do little favors to make my day better.u
