The hotel is good and comfortable. For one night or a flight connection is expensive. They have a free shuttle to the hotel, which helps a lot, however is difficult to find the spot at the airport.

The location is great. There is a free airport shuttle to drop off the guests at the airport. There is a free shuttle to Dubai mall at 9:45am and comes back on 4:45pm. The room is very spacy and clean.

The location and staff were very accommodating. I went shopping at the Dubai mall way past check out and they watched my luggage at no extra cost. Iasked for extra bottled water .No problem with a smile and no extra cost. Staff and breakfast was amazing!!!!
