Very well appointed, modern property with excellent facilities and inclusions. Exceptionally clean. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was given a fantastic upgrade and spent the night in the Penthouse which was very beautiful and much appreciated.
Excellent breakfast and service.
This was definitely the highlight of my trip.
The place is quite new and has a modern yet tasteful interior.

Almost brand new, big and well equipped apartment for long as well as short term stay in Graz. Free parking place with roof. The bus stop (no. 630/620) nearby, close distance to the tram stop (no. 5) - probably the best way for the city center tour.

Very spacious apartment with a living room featuring a sofa and double bed, plus two separate bedrooms. Easily accessible by car, very close to the Seiersberg shopping center in Graz, and with quick access to the main roads. Plenty of parking available both in front of the courtyard and inside. Although the apartment is older (which can be seen in the furniture), it is clean, very spacious, quiet, comfortable (beds and pillows are very comfortable), and well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Offers good value for money. The host, although speaking only German in person, was very friendly — and communication in English via WhatsApp was easy. Late check-in is also available, which was a great convenience. I recommend it — and if we return to the area, we’ll gladly stay here again.
