Frankly, other reviews already really cover every aspect of this wonderful place. From its remote location to the city of Linz, the personal and welcoming touch of the host Magdalena, - who nowadays appears to have quite some barista skills as well ;) - to the idyllic surroundings of the accommodation. We could go on and on, there just really isn’t a single thing that’s been overlooked. (okay here’s one: maybe fit the wall plugs with socket protectors, our youngest was just so fascinated by them :D ) Bottom line: a very very recommended facility which I hope we’ll be able to visit many more times again in future holidays!

Located just off the A1 motorway in Ansfelden, the Motor-Hotel Rosenberger is 10 km from the centre of Linz. The air-conditioned rooms offer free wired internet access.

I loved the fact that staff was very friendly and accomodating our needs. We ask to have pool rearanged for indoor pool due to colder weather in summer and it was done right away. Room was very comfortable and perfect for short stay. Breakfast was great. The fact that you can select seperately milchschaum and or decafe Coffee in the Coffee Maschine was a Highlight! :) Very nice Restaurant few steps away

Amazing staff, communication about our arrival and any kind of necessary information immediately shared through the app. Answered questions also within hours or even minutes. Welcome drink at arrival. Onsite parking, easy access and navigation. The house is quiet and spacious. Room at excellent condition, sleeping in extreme comfort. Bathroom with bath and a shower. Toilet separate, big plus. Breakfast delicious, variety of choice. The peacefulness of the location is priceless.

The facilities in the apartment are at luxury-hotel level. We had everything at your disposal, including a small, but tasty breakfast, which was not charged for. Although we did not make use of it, the apartment also has a "minibar" which, in fact, is an entire tastefully decorated small room, fully equipped with a large variety of drinks and wine, including a full-sized wine-cabinet! The hosts were extremely friendly, they welcomed us in front of the building and guided us to the garage.
