Prime Strategic Location: access to Supermarket, Mall, Restaurants, just opposite to the train station which gives you access to whole Vienna, lovely surround of buildings and still with a view of greenery in the city. Hotel is boutique style lovely with wonderful design and decoration touches, smells very nice, so clean and it had all our neccessities needed. Staff were so friendly, talking nicely and supporting in action. We really gave this hotel a 10 out of 10 and would love to stay here if we visit Vienna again.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was brand new, fully furnished with everything which could be essential for one week stay. The studio was really valuable compared to the average price in Vienna. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The gym wasn't so big but it has basic equipment you need for a decent Training. All the facilities are very clean and tidy. It is possible to enjoy fresh water, coffee or tea at the reception anytime.

We loved everything about this hotel! We could check in early which was super convenient, the staff was super helpful, the breakfast was delicious and of good quality, and the metro station was only a few minutes away and 15 15-minute ride from the centre. Would come back for sure!

It was so clean, so relaxing and had all the right facilities to enjoy a hotel stay. The kitchen was equipped with all you need, there was a washing machine with dryer function so you can return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. It was not loud at all and the cleaners came by at any time during the day when you were out exploring (and they then left the place squeaky clean). The spa was a lovely size and was really nice (especially in warm weather with the outdoor pool overlooking the city). The rooftop view was amazing and the personell was truly kind. You can easily walk to the river donau for a relaxing time (and the view of the river is amazing from the hotel too), plus 2 subway stops are super close (less than 5 min walking). Please do bear in mind this is a newly opened hotel so the food services are not fully there yet, but the cleanliness, location and rooms definitely make up for it. Price/quality ratio was definitely worth it. Would love to come back if we get the chance!

Patrycja is a great host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood, 10min walking from the metro and 5min to a supermarket. Underground parking is a great bonus. We recommend it.

Apartment is clean, warm and nice. You have everything you need there. The bed is king size, and the mattress is very comfy. Bed linen is clean. There is a big comfy sofa in front of TV , so you can chill there with kids after a long walking day.
