Great terrace with beautiful view to backyard and the hills.
The water pressure is amazing. There is also a washing machine
Bed is very comfortable, was a bit squeaky but not noticeable and didn’t bother the sleep.
Sleeping on the couch was also comfortable.
Kitchen is equipped with cutlery and also has a dishwasher.
Everything is clean- bed sheets, towels, everything.
Evenings were quiet and you can’t really hear the hustles from the street. The tram stop for getting to city centre is close and getting there is very easy.
Totally worth the money!

We really loved our staying in this apartment because the owners are very kind and friendly. We arrived too early for check-in, but Christian gave us the key to leave the baggage. When we came back at 11.30 after breakfast, our room was ready - this is excellent! We stayed in the apartment for 2 - it was very clean and bright, with a small but well-equipped kitchen in it. Inspite of S-Bahn not far, the street is very calm, no noise, we slept well. The location is ideal: it is about 15 minutes to the city center by tram 43, which stops near. And not far from a beautiful forest Neuwaldegg in the suburb. Lidl and Hofer are very close to this place, so you can buy food there and cook in the apartment or go to the cafe (there are a lot of cafes around - and a good place for lunch within two tram stops) And you can get very easily to many interesting places by S-Bahn or bus - such as Schonbrunn or Grinzing. I have been many times in Vienna and lived in different hotels and apartments - and I will definitely stay in Appartements Ferchergasse again, it is one of the best💖.

The flat is very close to the public transportation which is great for Vienna. The flat was very clean and easy to get into, it is on the ground floor. The host answers any questions very quickly and was very helpful overall. We would be happy to stay here again. :)

We liked everything about the property!
As a family with 2 kids, and one more family with one kid we enjoyed our big rooms and comfortable beds, nice style.
The Kithen was very well equipped ( including toddler needs) and the wash machine was new!
2 Bathrooms ( one with the toilet) and the other one very big with a tub and a separate shower, 2 sinks, super nice design.
We missed a living room area, but except that everything was excellent!
