very friendly staff make me feel warm and welcomed. excellent location, walking distance to the main tourist attractions, especially close to the state opera house where I can watch the performance till late and no worries about transportation.

Very comfortable apartment/studio with small kitchenette, including coffee machine. Very clean, and every day you have room service. Situated in the centre of town, but not noisy. Next time visit to Wien will stay in this hotel.

I really loved the straff, they were amaizing. The lady from the breakfast team really helped me a lot as I had a terrible cold and she offered us tea and took care of us. And I loved that she spoked romanian :)

Hotel is newly renovated with great location - just next to the Albertina and Capuchin crypt. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with additional choice from numerous omelettes or porridges. Room was small, but cozy and clean.

The rooms were very large, well organized, with a lot of natural light. The furniture is very nice, and the bed and linens were perfect. The bathroom was large and very clean. The coffee and tea provided were great. I liked the proximity to sights and great dining. I would definitely book here again. The staff are attentive and helpful!

We liked everything. It is one of the best five stars hotels in Vienna. Excellent location next to the church of St. Peter not far from the cathedral and along the Graben itself. The reception is very professional, friendly and helpful. Very nicely designed interior, beautiful rooms, extremely polite and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast, excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is our new home in Vienna
