The apartments are spacious and in a calm area with a very friendly and helpful staff (made my life very easy with my late flight and check-in). One can get very quickly to the city center (KARSLPLATZ) via direct metro connection which makes it a specially good place to stay if one wants to enjoy the cultural Vienna during the day and have a good rest during the night. If I'm returning to Vienna, I'm staying here again.

Perfect place to stay. Look no more. We’ve stayed here between 18-22 June as a family with 2 kids. For the price paid, could not expect more. This is a flat with almost everything you’ll need except an air-conditioner. There were fans in the room and they were enough for us. We wouldn’t have turned on the air-con anyways since we had kids. However during the summer time, it gets hot. Keep this in mind. There is a bus stop directly out of the door. 9A and 63A buses take you to both UBahns (U4 and U6) and from there, you can go anywhere you like. As long as you’re connected to any kind of public transportation in Vienna, you don’t need to worry. I prefer flats over hotel rooms since there is more space for the kids and you have your kitchen/fridge/bathroom which makes the life easier when you travel with the kids. The host is super accessible and easy-going. We arrived earlier than expected and Adrian opened the door remotely for us and let us in. Many supermarkets around within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay. You have access to the whole apartment (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, extra linen/pillows/blankets). Very spacious and clean. The host was also very nice and extremely helpful/responsive.
