Staying at Pia's Gardenview was enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet side street, with supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. It is well designed and fully equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and communication with the owner was smooth and hassle-free. I would be happy to return and recommend it to others.

We loved the personal touches at Hotel Schwalbe. The place is run by a lovely family and the attention you get is exceptional. Our room was spacious and bright and there was even a little kitchen with gorgeous dishes, vintage glasses and a coffee maker. Breakfast is lovely too, don't miss out on it. The owner is around pretty much every day and if you feel like a little chat, she'll tell you about the history of this charming Hotel and give you tipps on where to go.

Excellent apartments 10 out of 10!!! I recommend to everyone. Cleanliness: 10. Comfort: 10. Location: 10. The location of the apartments is convenient. Transport accessibility from 10 to 100 meters in all directions. Supermarket on the 1st floor. The center is 20 minutes by tram and bus. Cafe, restaurant, bars near the apartments. The photo corresponds, the owner is polite, always in touch. The design of the apartments is designer. The bed is mega comfortable and orthopedic. Bed linen and towels are high-quality. Large terrace with furniture. The kitchen is convenient. There is everything for cooking. We lived here for 5 days. Only pleasant memories remain. Vienna is a great city for traveling!!!

The apartment was cozy and very modern! There were two supermarkets and one public playground right next to the corner!the neighborhood was very good and metro station is 5min walking distance.

The flat is brand new, big, bright and with good noise insulation. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven were a good support. Host arranged a present with Prosecco and candies upon the arrival. Capsule coffee machine was a great add-on. Grill is working good and can be used when the weather is good. Host is helpful, replying to all questions very fast, granted our late check-out. Many grocery shops around, no problem to buy food at all (except on Sunday). 15 min by feet a big street market. 25 min to centre of Vienna by public transport.
