We loved our stay at Maris! Maris is an oasis just ten minutes walking from the historical center of Paraty. We felt completely safe walking to and from even after dinner in the dark. The walk itself is gorgeous down the canal and gives you an opportunity to see something outside the historic center and sleep in a quiet area. We ended up parking inside the property as other guests didn't have a car but if we were to park on the street there would have been plenty of parking and we would have felt safe doing so. The facility is even nicer than the photos. The pool was amazing and the grounds as a whole were extremely peaceful. Comfortable and large room. Breakfast was amazing every single day. The staff was also kind and attentive to anything we needed! We would highly recommend staying at Maris and would book again if we are ever back in Paraty! - Francine & Kai

Pousada Casa de Paraty is such a beautiful property. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and Jô made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property is very clean and in a tranquil location not too far from the historical centre. 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we stayed only one night here, as we couldn't cancel our next hotel. Otherwise we would definitely stay in Paisagem for another 4 days

The breakfast was great and we loved the patio that breakfast was served at. It was nice to have an opening to the outside. also loved the pool area. Nice area to sit and read.

We got there late after a rather long ride from Rio and were happy to be greated by the friendly receptionist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The breakfast was certainly the best we've had in our whole trip, and the location was a pleasant stroll away from the historical center (along the canals).
