Stunning views of cristo redentor and sugarloaf, Marc and Andreia are beautiful people and very accommodating, the property is gorgeous, swimming pool . We saw monkeys and a hummingbird .breakfast was great . Highly recommend.

Our stay here was amazing! Rodrigo (the host) gave us clear instructions about entering. He prepared us some welcome gifts (two ice cold coronas in the fridge) alongside a focaccia bread. The apartment looks as in the pictures if not better. The place is equipped with everything you would possible need. It is in a safe location with some shops nearby. Rodrigo provided us with some great recommendations for restaurants and shops upon our request. Overall it is an amazing value for money.

The villa is beautiful as per the photos and is in a quiet location with excellent views over Rio and across to Sugar Loaf mountain. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and made breakfast for us each morning which was served on the terrace. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Laranjeiras which we walked to and from, although it is a steep walk! Ubers are readily accessible and a very cheap means to get around (approximately 60 Brazilian Real from RIOGaleao international airport).

At first I found the room a bit average but after a while I actually liked it, there was also a small table and a wardrobe, the water heater of the shower is a simple model but well installed and always provided hot water immediately and constantly. The air conditioning looked simple but it managed to cool the room without a too cold breeze, and there was free WiFi. The staff was usually kind. There is also a restaurant downstairs. The area also seems better than the city centre. Except a few issues it was nice here and I would come back

The view from the infinity pool was fantastic, overlooking the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum by Niemeyer, as well as Sugarloaf Mountain and Corcovado. The restaurant buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of Brazilian wines.
