very good buffet, and the seafood grill was also very good. I loved that there was a place to get snacks all day and night. There was always available chairs for sunbathing. Bar was good - didn’t have to wait long to get a drink.

Staff was very friendly and helpful contrary to reviews I have read before. They offered us early check-in (at 11:00 am) without extra charges, which was very nice! Hotel and area is clean, garden is beautiful and full of beautiful plants. There was a party on Saturday, but it did not interfere with our stay. Breakfast was standard american, nevertheless everything was fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed closeness of all Paradise Island attractions and having free access to Atlantis park, but still I was able to enjoy quietness and "boutique" vibe of the hotel. Definitely want to come back!

This is the best place in Nassau, very centrally located. The owners are very friendly, fun, and helpful.
The house is very clean and tidy. The bed didn't itch as it was so clean and soft. Min even offered us comforters and gave us some farewell gifts. They are definitely your best option; they went the extra mile.
