Everything was great, but the service in particular was outstanding - many thanks to Hilde and Nadine! I mainly stayed here because of the unusual design (I love an old industrial building!) and it did not disappoint on that score. The journey into the city centre was also very easy from SILO; I did it about six times in three days. I chose Basel solely because of its rail connections, but am glad that I took time in the end to explore - it's a wonderful and friendly city.

It is not easy to explain how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, spotless clean, fully equipped, warm and really feels like you are at your own home. The private parking and a little yard in front are so convenient and charming. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you have a car as we did, to explore all three countries. Since we were out all day long, coming back home to cloudy, comfortable beds was such a joy. There is nothing that we would want to be different about our stay. The overall experience was amazing and made me think that we really need to come back in future. Thank you Karine for sharing your home with us.
