The staff was really helpful. They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

Excellent location, the appartment is situated right in the old center of Zürich. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and a lot of grocery stores. Excellent cleaning and confort of the appartment. Beautifully decorated and cozy...and very spacious. The appartment was equipped with everything we needed. And now, special thanks to Betina, our amazing host. Hotel is a true gem in the heart of the Old Town. Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet. Everything is thought through, so that guest feels like at home (staff remembers you and asks about your sleep, dinner, etc., the owner always meets guests in the restaurant and is very friendly), in the lobby you may treat yourself to complinentary fruits, coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is top quality and you also have complimentary mini-bar. It is my best find in Zurich, and highly recommended. Thanks for a perfect stay!
