My stay was great! The reception staff was very welcoming, with special thanks to Ruwen and Camila. The room and bathroom in the women’s dormitory were exceptionally clean. Despite being a lively place with many guests, the rooms were very quiet, which was amazing as I could fall asleep early. In the morning, as soon as you exit the elevator, you can smell the aroma of freshly made coffee and breakfast. I can definitely recommend this place

Lovely property. Very clean and well stocked. Close to transportation. Wi-Fi was excellent. Check in process was easy and well explained. Nice restaurant across the street.

The property internal is inviting you to stay and live there. Fantastic finish of floor, wall, fittings and the kitchen. Ultra clean and looks sparkling. Comfortable bed, multiple TVs, fan to keep you cool on a hot day and many more. The location is awesome - just 5 minutes walk from Zurich Lake, 2 minutes walk from Tram and Bus station and just one minute away from a really very good Italian Restaurant. Once in Zurich Lake, you can keep walking as much as you want. The tram and bus connect you to the Central Railway Station, Ferry Point and Central Bus / Tram Station. Very close to Lindt Choclate Factory. The staff is highly efficient, very courteous and can be trusted. Angelina is very customer friendly. The property had an excellent interior design and with most modern amenities. Glass window above beds was a mesmerizing experience to watch the stars to sleep. We as a family was there for only 2 nights but love to come back if we visit Zürich one more time . Highly recommend for families, parking was available and swift response from guest Mr . Patrick.
