The property internal is inviting you to stay and live there. Fantastic finish of floor, wall, fittings and the kitchen. Ultra clean and looks sparkling. Comfortable bed, multiple TVs, fan to keep you cool on a hot day and many more. The location is awesome - just 5 minutes walk from Zurich Lake, 2 minutes walk from Tram and Bus station and just one minute away from a really very good Italian Restaurant. Once in Zurich Lake, you can keep walking as much as you want. The tram and bus connect you to the Central Railway Station, Ferry Point and Central Bus / Tram Station. Very close to Lindt Choclate Factory. The staff is highly efficient, very courteous and can be trusted. Angelina is very customer friendly. Just to add, as in any place, clear communication to City Stay about your arrival time and needs helps

The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

Alma Hotel was a fabulous hotel with lovely old rooms with ,modern twist only 15 mins walk from old town. A perfect hotel near the lake with a ladies only wellness and yoga area. They even had a guest kitchen where you could store food in the fridge and prepare meals or snacks. Quite eco friendly with an honesty bar for drinks in reception and 24hr coffee machine in the restaurant. The only downside is that after my massage there isn’t a changing room or shower to use so when on the day of check out to get a massage it’s awkward. Apart from that tiny issue I would highly recommend this hotel in Zurich. Also a roof top terrace that would be fabulous in good weather!

Super location, very short walk to the lake, and tram line just across the street. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Host was very communicative, and responsive to queries. Everything was straightforward.
