Superbly finished, stylish, modern and well-equipped hotel Rooms are large, comfortable and have everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and high food standard. Despite the fact that our Chinese was not very good, the young staff were accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Good laundry facilities Great restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall, lovely cosmopolitan and international atmosphere. We loved our stay at Arthur Hotel.

The property is clean and suitable for business travellers. The big bonus is its location- right opposite the hotel is the subway station and the hotel resides in a small market which includes Starbucks, kfc, dominos etc right next door. Since I was visiting for work in Liwan district this property was perfect for me.

Beautifully renovated historic hotel right on Shamian Island, there's even a little museum with old artifacts and photos of the place. The room i stayed in was comfortable and atmospheric. The rooftop pool is kinda fun, given the views, though not especially large and no towels that i could see. No worries though, I'll gladly recommend this place, and give a big thanks to the very helpful staff at reception, who helped me make train bookings and other things.

I liked the hotel, although it is located next to the fish market, it did not cause any problems. The inside of the hotel is better than the outside, very nice and newly renovated, the room had everything you needed. Excellent value for money, I will recommend this hotel.

Perfect location near the opera museum, in a lively neighbourhood. Yet this is a quiet hotel. Lovely Chinese breakfast (but European-friendly! 😉). Some talked small bedroom, but our room, for 2 nights, was more than enough. Be careful, Google map sent us the wrong way. Entrance is on pedestrian street. Closest place to identify Yongqinfang restaurant on Enning road. If you come by taxi just give him address. By metro, closest station is Huangsha. Then walk 7 min.
