Better than any hotel we’ve stayed in! Free snacks, free laundry facilities, help yourself to cold drinks in the day and gin and wine in the evenings. Rooms were spotlessly clean and lovely and relaxing, breakfast very tasty too

The coordinates are very close to the Bell and Drum Tower, Huimin Street, subway Line 2 and Line 6. There are many special foods around, places for taking photos of Hanfu, and singer performances in the evening.Best hostel I've ever stayed, the amenities and service in overall I feel it's much better than hotel and most importantly, cost effective!

Super grateful I could communicate my needs via wechat prior arrival to the country. Staffs were warm and welcoming despite our midnight arrival. There may be language barriers but nothing to worry when there's google translate to assist you.☺️Many many thanks also to beautiful Ms Liu who help arrange my airport transfers, my terracota trip plus help guide to many attractions in Xi'an. Location wise : PERFECT @ Metro line 2 (accesible to many attractions like dayanta/ MiXC) -Two women traveller here ; my mother felt very safe going out till midnight as the metro station just a stone throw away plus the area is bustling with tourist and super lively. -Muslim quarter just at exit 9 via underground passage ( 10 mins walk) Facilities: ⭐️ Water bottled provided at each floor daily ⭐️Free laundry service ⭐️ Appreciate the wake-up service that ensure we're awake for english guided tour provided by hotel ⭐️Ironing service provided / you could ask for iron steamer ⭐️ lovely serene breakfast lounge that provided options even for vegetarians (muslim traveller like me could opt for their many salad varieties, fruits, egg fried rice, sweet potato, cereals, juices) ⭐️Luggage storage p/s: There were many other staffs who we'd like to extend our gratitude too but did not manage to get their name. I pray for every kindness shown god multifolds it for you and every steps of your life filled with blessings this year ❤️ There was also a staff's daughter who taught me and my mum chinese and was a total sweetheart ( we'll miss you) Will definitely repeat our stay at Center Hotel when another opportunity arises.

Great location in the city center of Xi-An, a 15 min walk away from the Bell tower and the Muslim quarter. The room was very comfortable with a big bed, sofa, large desk for work, and bathtub. The hotel wi-fi already includes a VPN which gives access to western websites, and they also use a robot for room service deliveries. The hotel breakfast was also amazing, with a lot of choice. A very special shoutout to Andy from the concierge desk who was extremely helpful booking restaurants, taxis and activities for our group, and teaching us how to use WeChat. He made our trip so easy and pleasant!

Staff was exceptionally friend and helpful. They even went out of the way to help us make shows ticket reservation when we cannot secured them online. I would like to call out Mr Warren Wang and Howard for taking good care of us. Their guidance and recommendations have help make our leisure trip planning so meaningful. Kodus!! Breakfast was sumptuous and there’s a variety of food suitable both for kids and adults. Staff there are extremely helpful especially Jones ZL who help us a lot in booking of transportation, trains and cab. Really make our stay there memorable 😊

The location is perfect, it was super easy to get around the city. We loved the place (and their hidden garden terrace!) so much that we decided to extend our stay. The staff is incredibly helpful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They even have a kitchen. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
