The host was so warm and welcoming, as was everyone who lives here. We were able to go down to reception or send a message (we used alipay) to get any answers or make requests. All the hotel information is clearly presented as soon as you arrive, including the food options available (we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast). We stayed with an infant, and the room was lovely and spacious for our needs. We arrived at a cold time, but the room heated up well and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a really convenient 5 minute drive to the Wulingyuan park entrance.

They booked and keep track of the best time to grab the Zhangjiajie National park, Grand Canyon 大峡谷， 十里画廊 mini train, huanglongdong 黄龙洞, tianmenshan 天门山 Line A tickets for us 2 weeks before our arrival via WeChat. They will update me whenever the tickets have purchased and forward me all the instructions clearly. Half deposit was made via Alipay to confirm the tickets and balance was paid upon check-in. Really ease my worries to grab the tickets especially the Tianmenshan Line A ticket. They spent time to go through the map and advise us the best routes to cover each day so we can cover the max yet not so tiring for our legs. They are very helpful and enthusiastic. The location is surrounded by the main eatery street (full of good food to satisfy our stomach) and shops. The back lane is a small night market selling local food and fruits, so it’s pretty interesting. The room is clean and spacious with separate bath tub & shower area facing the river ☺️. They even provide washing machine to do laundry on the ground floor and dry at the roof top (level 5). Free flow of bottled cold water is provided at the reception. Highly recommend this place.

First of all. the location is excellent if your goal is to visit the Zhangjiajie National Park. It is a few minutes from the West Entrance which means that you can avoid long queue’s. You can walk to the entrance but the staff is always willing to provide transport if you prefer it. The property is modern and clean and very convenient. We ate breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and the food is good and affordable. The best thing about our stay was the two gentlemen running the hotel. They are very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. They know the park well and help you to plan you day.

The hotel is a five minutes walk from the entrance to the park, so it is ideal to stay there if you want to start early and without hassle. It is also right next to the night market, so you have nice activity for the evenings as well. The staff was very helpful, and Mary really helped us to prepare our routes and gave us a lot of helpful advice(and with good English!). They also helped us with booking a taxi to the airport(not very far) so the entire stay was smooth.

This is wonderful cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Good location, close to all the attractions. Good breakfast. But the main diamond of this hotel is the assistant at the reception, whose name is Lee, very honest and nice person , we wanted to express our deep gratitude to him for his attention to us, for his help, advice and recommendations, without him our trip would not have been so comfortable. Thank you owner Chen and cleaning/cooking lady who made it feels like home.
