New, very comfort facility. Private parking place in the garage. Locations close to tram 17 for travelling to old city (10 minuts walk to station). There were all kitchen armenities and oil, salt, peper etc, which is not always the case. I also found some beer in the fridge and I drink it, I hope it was part of welcome gift. If not, sorry, but leaving the beer unguarded in Prague....

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet part of Prague, close to public transport. The host Roman is very kind, communicative, always ready to meet various requests of guests. The only complaint, or rather advice, is that he should think about getting a self-service espresso machine, so that we don't bother him to make us coffee early in the morning :)

Straightforward and clear instructions regarding accommodation and surrounding points of interest. The accommodation was exceptionally well maintained and presented. Guest privacy was at most excellent, everything was self-service and without any hassle.
