Super location, clean, efficient, great room with comfortable bed and good shower. Lena at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. Also restaurant staff were very nice and helpful fitting us in at the bar for lovely meal.

Staff were awesome!! Friend was having a smoke outside and the lady who checked us in popped out to show us a 'nicer place to smoke'. Took us to the top floor balcony outside the breakfast dining area for the view and a seat. Offered us a coffee and croissants recently leftover from breakfast. Room was large, clean, comfortable. Located a few steps from the main market square and a bus stop that will take you directly to some of the main sights.

We received a warm welcome at reception and we're offered advice on things to do in the city and offers to recommend and book restaurants. Guests are invited to get a free drink at the bar in the evening and nuts and olives are offered. Our room was large, clean, well furnished, huge bed and city views. We were able to check out late which was great so we could shower before our long flights.
