Probably the hotel with the best service that I have ever stayed at. Everything is new and nice, food is very tasty, the beach is nice and sandy. After checking out I went diving, and I was offered to take a shower even though I did not have a room anymore. Very satisfied with my stay.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. Everything is well maintained and clean. We absolutely loved being here and not having to worry about anything for 4 days other than which bikini to wear to the beach. The all-inclusive experience is wonderful. The food was delicious and the chefs delivered every time. This will be my go to resort if I want to “reset” and relax. The staff was exceptional making sure we were okay and always willing to help.

First and foremost the staff is genuinely friendly from the moment you arrive till you leave. The hotel is super clean, a wide variety of activities, with the premium all-inclusive package, you get a lot of complimentary vouchers for massage, haircut, etc. Food is outstanding, you can expect gourmet-level buffets. There are a lot of different restaurants/different cuisines, apart of the main restaurants. Drinks are also great, hard and soft.

Everything was great about the hotel: beach, food, location in the bay, facilities but what was absolutely astonishing was the cleanliness and the personnel. Polite, attentive and efficient people who work here and extremely clean rooms, territory, restaurant, beach, I’ve never experienced it this way. Highly recommended to stay here!

Part 1 – For the Resort & Staff: Flow Spectrum Resort is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and full of thoughtful touches. I arrived early and left late, and the staff was incredibly accommodating—they provided early check-in and late check-out without hesitation. Not only that, but they upgraded my room and allowed me to continue enjoying the property even after check-out. They even arranged a shuttle to drop off my luggage. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was excellent, and although the beach is a bit of a walk, it was totally worth it—clean, calm, and beautiful. The food throughout the stay was varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I was particularly impressed by how nothing felt repetitive, even over multiple meals. A huge thanks to Rowan at check-in and guest relations. She was warm, professional, and made the experience even better. This resort may be new, but it’s already setting high standards, and I wish them all the best for the future. Truly, everything was perfect. Part 2 – For Future Guests: If you’re considering Flow Spectrum, don’t hesitate. This is a great 4-star resort that delivers a 5-star experience in many ways. The reason it might be rated 4-star is likely because it’s on the second line—not directly on the beachfront. But that’s not a big issue at all. There are two beaches: 1. A rocky beach about 5–10 minutes’ walk away. 2. A sandy beach that Flow guests can access via the Pyramisa Resort. Flow Spectrum has a dedicated area there with good space and fewer crowds. A shuttle runs every hour to the beach and back—very helpful, though I feel a more frequent service would make it even better. The food options are superb. The Blend Restaurant is the main buffet for all meals, offering a great variety. There’s also a Latin restaurant with an Argentina-style barbecue where they grill incredible steaks. I had it both nights—delicious!
