Very happy with my stay at the Afro Legacy hotel, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The hotel manager himself picked me up at the airport, they were very responsive with questions asked regarding hotel transfers before my arrival. The food was also delicious! Fantastic stay and hospitality. Haile, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They received me after midnight and guided my taxi driver to find the location, helped with ATM/bank issues, provided me with detailed information about Addis and traveling around Ethiopia. Room is spacious, has a TV table that serves as a working desk. A hot shower. Morning coffee or tea. Don't let the location discourage you, this spot is very convenient, just a few minutes from the city train and close to one of the bus stations (Lamberet Menaharia). I enjoyed restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Shola market which is right next to the apartments is great. Would definitely stay there again.
