The breakfast was delicious. The host were really friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was cozy, the bathroom was nice too. The room had a very pleasant smell to it too. The huge window and the bathroom skylight let in a ton of light. It was close to the tram too.

The hostess was lovely and welcoming, I only speak a little French so I wasn't able to be as involved in the conversation as my partner who is almost fluent. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and a nice temperature even with it being 33°C+ outside! The shower was amazing, just what was needed to wash the grime off from travelling from England. The number 4 bus stops very close by, you can connect to it from the number 1 from the airport. The local neighbourhood was beautiful, especially Château Haut-Brion's vineyards nearby! Breakfast was a great spread and most of it was homemade! Except for the brioche due to the summer temperatures being far too hot. All in all, I would happily stay again!

I liked the hospitality and communication. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. There’s aircon and doors which open to a balcony which would be great in the summer. The hosts access instructions were excellent. The breakfast is superb!

The apartment was very well appointed - it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and I loved the fresh pastries and bread brought to our room each morning.
