Very quiet appartment on a gated alley. It’s on the first floor. Very clean. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Good WiFi. Nice neighbor. We parked our bicycles inside the appartment. According to the neighbor the gated alley was also very safe to park bicycles. There is a bakery and a supermarket in walking distance. There is bedding and there is a already a mirror in the bathroom.

we had a small apartment with a private garden and hot tub so totally secluded. the room was fantastic, small but perfectly formed. Breakfast was left in the fridge so meant we could eat at our leisure which was perfect. The B&B Is a 5 min walk from the nearest station theough residential streets. When you arrive the outside is a shock.. more of a shed.. but once inside it is well worth it.

Owners made an effort, it is not a run-off-the-mill IKEA place. It is a rather spacious house/apartment, with a living room/kitchen downstairs and two rooms upstrairs, only one of which serves as a bedroom. *Suits for remote working*

We recently stayed there as part of a trip that brought us from Strasbourg to Paris, Lille and Brussels and of all those four places, this was both the least expensive accommodation we had as well as our most fun and memorable stay. I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The area around the bar (providing some of the cheapest drinks you can find in France) was always a good hang out to meet other fellow travellers and regular evening events helped generate a true buzz around the place.

The location was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly even going above and beyond to help us when we left an iPad behind and only realised when we arrived back in Paris. Justine in Reception found it and then arranged for it to be posted back to us. That was exceptional customer service and we were so grateful for this kindness. It topped off what has been a wonderful experience at Paris 24. We also thought the breakfast was good. If you are looking for a no frills stay in a well located clean and friendly hotel then this hotel is for you.
