Best Hotel ever! We will come back without kids, more relax. Thanks for the nice receptionist who helped us with the taxi! Breakfast was extremely tasty, and what a treat, no strange coffee machines with third-class coffee, but very good filter coffee, which was poured by the waitress. There is a lot of staff who are very attentive to your needs. the guest feels like a king! Thank you for the delicious surprise for my 50th birthday!

I rarely write reviews but my daughters (6 and 22) and I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is clean, friendly and relaxing, with set children’s times. But what made our stay truly memorable was the AMAZING level of friendly, personalised service we received. Not only did we find a little welcome gift in our room upon arrival, Tiana (?) at reception let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade and Bruno, the restaurant manager, went over and beyond to cater for one of our friend‘s allergies… A wonderful experience overall and we would definitely go back!

The flat is absolutely incredible, it feels like home when you stay there. Inga is a wonderful host and her handpicked herbal teas are divine. The rooms are spacious and cozy, we were welcomed by fresh scones. I could not have wished for a nicer place to stay. Definitely recommend and want to come back.

A late 40’s couple from Australia that have been to London twice before. Stayed at Inga’s accomodation and loved everything about it. If you’re younger and want to be in the thick of the hustle and bustle maybe consider other options, but staying here we truly felt like we were living like locals which is what we wanted. The communication with Inga was flawless and the place was very clean. We were surprised with how quiet it was given it was an an apartment complex. Main underground line is 10-12min and bus stops are at your front door or 4min walk away. Would 100% recommend. Groceries and pubs 5min walk, canal walk 5min walk. We loved it.

I loved every single thing. Location - It was an easy and very short walk from the station. Shops - The shops are minutes away. Place - The decor was so lovely, tasteful and fresh. It had such a happy vibe. The owner's taste is impeccable. The place was immaculate. Bed was extremely comfortable. High quality quilts, mattress, towels and pillows. The shower was so nice hot and strong. The bathroom was spotless and sparkling clean. Extra care - There was helpful instruction signs in the house which made our stay more stress free. Laundry - I was able to do all our laundry due to the availability of the machine and airer. For all the above reasons this is why I have rated a expectional rating. Such a nice visit.
