Beautiful boutique hotel with great staff. The hotel is wonderful and is in an excellent location. The staff was welcoming, smiling and kind. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. I must say that I was excited to find a greeting, a bottle of wine and treats on the table on the day I celebrated my birthday. This is completely unexpected. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is very good, less than 5 minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue. (although walking back may not be very easy for elderly due to steep road). Rooms are clean and big enough. Room No. 4 has a wonderful view of the Tbilisi. They serve very good and freshly made breakfast everyday. Hotel owners treated us like family. Madam Manana was very nice and David helped us a lot with every question and issue we had during our stay. They even gave me a present for my birthday 😍 If I go back to Tbilisi, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s uphill off the main road so it’s generally quiet, if that’s what you like. That said, it’s a walk of under 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, and there are a bunch of food options and a small supermarket close by. Staff were generally cool and breakfast was a decent spread. The room was comfortable too.
